Leveraging Airtable, we built a tool that gives our editorial teams an easy way to submit requests for visuals. We’ve also set up slack channels assigned by Authority Areas to allow for day-to-day communications and deliveries for breaking and trending news. Our PMs funnel the stream of day-of requests, and partner with our creative leads to assign and deliver all assignments on deadline. All assignments are tracked in Airtable, allowing for full process transparency.
